ARCHITECT: TADDEO GADDI (1345)
The Uffizi Gallery, Galleria degli Uffizi, is an internationally reknown art gallery next to the Piazza della Signoria in historic Florence.
When the House of Medici died out, their art was given to the city of Florence.
I have walked through the Piazzale degli Uffizi on each of my visits to Florence and visited the interior in 1984 to see Michelangelo's David.
